SHIPPING POLICY

We’re excited to let you know that Hizoo ships worldwide!


Order Processing Time

All orders take 2–5 business days to process after confirmation, regardless of the shipping method selected at checkout.
(For example, if you order on Monday, your package will typically ship out by Tuesday or Wednesday.)

We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Please note that we cannot guarantee Saturday delivery, even for express shipping options, and we do not ship orders the same day they are placed.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking link. Please allow up to 48 hours after dispatch for your shipping confirmation email to arrive.

Treklon cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier.


Delivery Details

Your package may or may not require a signature upon delivery.
Most parcels are delivered directly to the mailbox or front door of the shipping address provided. However, the final delivery decision is made by the courier. If the courier deems the area unsafe for delivery, they may hold your package at a local post office or schedule another delivery attempt.

To avoid delivery issues, we recommend using a shipping address where someone will be available to receive the package (such as a workplace or a friend’s address).

Tracking Information

You will receive two emails regarding your shipment:

  1. A confirmation email once your order has been processed (within 48 hours of placing your order).

  2. A shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct tracking link.

If you experience issues with tracking or delivery, please contact the courier directly before reaching out to us.
Please allow 1–4 business days for tracking updates to appear. In rare cases, tracking may not update, but you will still receive your order.

International Taxes and Duties

For international customers (outside of the United States), all applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient. These fees are charged by your local customs authorities and are not collected by Hizoo, and therefore cannot be refunded.

We ship all international packages DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), meaning these charges are not included in the price of your order or shipping cost.
Please check with your local customs office or tax agency to determine the applicable rates before placing your order.

Note:
In some cases, carriers such as DHL may prepay duties and taxes on your behalf to expedite delivery. If this occurs, you may receive an invoice from DHL after your package is delivered, requesting reimbursement for these charges along with a small administration fee.


Return Shipping Costs

By placing an order on Hizoo.us, you acknowledge that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping (unless otherwise stated).
