Refund policy
To initiate a return, refund or exchange, please follow the instructions on our HiiZoo Return Portal.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your ifem must be in good condition + free from visible damage or excessive wear and ideally in its original packaging. Light use is perfectly fine. We just ask that the product be returned in a condition that allows us to restock it. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required to process your return.
How to Initiate a Return
All returns must be initiated through our official Return Portal. Do not send products back to our warehouse without an approved return request, or they will be rejected.

Order Cancellations Are Not Allowed
Orders cannot be canceled once they are placed. This includes during the processing, packaging, or transit period. Please ensure your order details are correct before submitting your purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
In the rare case that you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. If verified, we will assist with a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
All Sales Are Final for Discounted Items
Items purchased at a discount, during promotional sales, or using a coupon code are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances.
Opened or Used Items
Items that have been opened or used must be returned in like-new condition, with all original packaging and accessories intact. If the item cannot be restocked due to condition, it will be returned to the sender and no refund will be issued.
Exchanges
We currently only offer exchanges for the same product type (e.g., HiiZoo massager to another unit of the same model). We do not offer exchanges for different models, designs, or colors.
All exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
If your return is approved after inspection, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Shipping fees (including the original shipping cost) are non-refundable.
If more than 15 business days have passed after refund approval and you haven't received your refund, please contact your payment provider first before reaching out to us.
